WorleyParsons announced a number of contract and agreement awards. 1/ 5-year framework agreement by Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC), for the provision of engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) services. 2/ a fabrication and construction contract for the Pipestone Sour Gas Plant in Canada from Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure. 3/ an engineering, procurement, construction and installation contract (EPCI) from Lundin Norway ASO, for Lundin’s Edvard Grieg platform in the Norwegian Continental Shelf. And 4/ a frame agreement for engineering and construction (E&C) services, and an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract in the UK with ConocoPhillips U.K., extending its long term relationship with ConocoPhillips.
Emeco is proceeding with a share consolidation on 19-Nov-18. Every 10 shares will be consolidated to 1. Please note that in regards to administration, this will be reflected as sales and purchases in your reports. However, the capital gain position will be retained (i.e. there will be no capital gains tax implications from the consolidation).
Origin Energy announced the APLNG project (37.5% owned by Origin) has agreed to share infrastructure with BG’s QCLNG project, and to acquire from QCLNG up to 350PJ of additional gas supply for the APLNG project.
