Charter Hall Retail chugs along year after year. They released another sound result for FY15. Occupancy was maintained at 98.4%, and like-for-like net operating income growth was 2.4%.
Concurrently with the results Charter Hall Retail announced the acquisition of two new shopping malls - Goulburn Plaza, NSW and Katherine Central, NT. Both acquisitions are in attractive catchments. Charter Hall Retail conducted a small raising to partially fund the acquisitions, which we participated in on your behalf.
Charter Hall Retail is forecasting operating earnings between 30.25 and 30.75cps. This represents growth between 1.9% and 3.5% over FY15 (commendable in the current economic environment).
