The 360 Capital Group sold an asset it part-owned (39.8%) and was manager of - the Subiaco Square Shopping Centre.  The sale price was a positive outcome, with the asset being sold on a 6% yield (astoundingly low for this type / location of asset, but as beneficiaries we won't object!), and at a 20% premium to the last independent valuation.
