Susanne has over 27 years’ experience in business administration, with a background primarily in the marketing sector.
Prior to joining First Samuel in 2005, Susanne worked for 4 years at Adair Integrated Marketing where she held the position of Administration Manager. Prior to that, she held various administrative roles in a number of direct marketing companies and previously ran her own freelance business for five years.
In her role at First Samuel, Susanne is responsible for ensuring that key aspects of the business are effectively and efficiently managed. This includes primary responsibility for managing the new business pipeline from prospect to client, as well as business process refinement, CRM management and delivery of client reporting.
Susanne also holds the voluntary position of Communications Director for the not-for-profit organisation, The Y-House Foundation.
She is mother to one fabulous adult daughter and in the small amount of spare time that Susanne does have, she enjoys relaxing with family & friends, playing tennis, cooking and travelling.
