Makellan joined First Samuel in January 2018 after relocating from Brisbane, QLD.
She has completed a bachelor’s degree in Commerce double majoring in Finance and Economics at Griffith University and has over 3 years’ experience in the financial services industry working in various sales, administrative and operational roles within retail banking and funds management.
Makellan is responsible for the management and execution of all aspects of administration in relation to client portfolios and provides general administrative assistance to the investments team.
Makellan moved from the United States in 2013 and outside of First Samuel, Makellan enjoys spending time with friends, reading and exploring Melbourne’s cafes and culture.
