Mr Bryson has over 40 years’ experience in the finance industry and 35 years in Non-Executive board roles. He was a previous Equity Owner and Director of JBWere, and a former CEO of the Helen Macpherson Trust. Mr Bryson is currently Deputy Chair of the Bionics Institute and Chair of NIRGenie Proprietary Limited.
Mr Bryson is a Non-Executive Director of First Samuel Limited, Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee and a member of the Remuneration & Nominations and Investment Governance Committees.
